LGBTQ+ Pride in Berlin, you were with us in this parade

The Berlin Pride parade was held on Saturday, July 22, with more than half a million people. This magnificent ceremony, supported by various political groups in Germany, was held to prevent discrimination against the LGBT+ community worldwide.

The purpose of holding LGBTQ+ pride is for people to be proud of who they are, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression. Recognizing different ethnicities and beliefs, sexual orientations, and gender identities is the right of all human beings.
As in previous years, 6rang participated in this proud parade to reflect the voice of the LGBT+ community of Iran and highlight the role of this community in the revolution of women, life, freedom, slogans related to their demands, including women, life, liberty, were shouted in the streets of Berlin and carrying the photos of the victims of Jina’s revolution to bring the voice of the Iranian revolution to the ears of different nations.
Many media, including Berlin’s local TV, have pointed out the enthusiastic presence of Iranians in this parade of pride, who raised the voices of the members of the LGBT+ community along with the placards and slogans of the Jin, Jian, Azadi revolution. It should be noted that such events attract the solidarity of international groups and inform about the situation of the queer community in Iran.
We at 6rang are also grateful for the presence of other active groups in Berlin, such as the Feminista group, Kurd and Afghan friends, and their support.
