تبعیض تکان‌دهنده پلیس ایران نسبت به یک ترنس‌زن قربانی خشونت/ ویدیو

مسیح علینژاد در روز سی‌ام فروردین ۹۷ با انتشار ویدیویی بسیار تکان‌دهنده در توییتر خود، به نقل از ارسال کننده آن نوشت:
«ترنس مورد آزار جنسی و خشونت یک مرد قرار گرفت اما پلیس حاضر نشد کمک کند اول گفت سر و وضع خودشون رو ببین بعد شیشه ماشین را بالا برد گفت شکایت دارن بیان کلانتری خواست در برود که مردم میزدن به ماشین که چرا کمک نمیکنی چون ترنس هستند.»

 Disturbing footage has emerged of the Iranian police ignoring the cries of a transgender woman being harassed and sexually abused on the street. Before leaving the scene, the police allegedly responded to people protesting their inaction by saying, “But look at what they look like,” blaming the transwoman for being targeted.

The video was published on Twitter by Masih Alinejad, a US-based Iranian activist behind a number of campaigns fighting the mandatory veiling (hijab) laws in Iran. She has recently encouraged women to expose the violence and harassment they suffer on the streets by recording it and sharing it on social media.
